Drop It Like It’s Hot!
Level: Intermediate – Advanced. The magic of a drop is the surprise! As a dynamic creative mover there is nothing more important than keeping your audience in suspense and awe! Come play with me while we drop and tumble our way down the pole in exciting and new ways! Pre-requisites: Aerial invert, leg hangs, butterfly, brass monkey, shoulder mount

Fancy Footwork (On The Pole)
Level: Intermediate. Who says pole dancing is all about the upper body? In this fun workshop you will learn the art of using your feet on the pole. From interesting climbs to step-ups and flying Ks to foot hooks, your feet can be an amazing asset for power and art! Pre-requisites: Invert, leg hangs, butterfly
