Sunday October 18th, 2026

We’re so excited to share a new and exciting workshop coming your way this October!! For parents/caregivers we’re so excited to bring you a workshop with @aatikaflows where you and your little one can work out together!
We’re excited to bring you: Tiny Flow: A Parent & Baby to Kids Yoga Experience
- Date: Sunday October 18th
- Studio: Danforth Studio
- Time: 2:45PM-3:45PM
- Cost $45 (cost includes BOTH parent + child)
Come move, stretch, play, and connect together!
Tiny Flow is a joyful, playful yoga experience designed for little ones from 0–8 years old and their parents/caregivers. Whether you have a tiny baby, a curious toddler, or an energetic kiddo, this workshop creates space for you to explore movement and mindfulness together.
Through age-appropriate yoga-inspired movement, playful poses, songs, breathing activities, stretches, balance games, and partner activities, we’ll encourage children to discover their bodies while building connection with their grown-up.
For our youngest participants, this may look like gentle movement, baby stretches, songs, sensory play, and caregiver assisted poses. As children grow, activities can become more independent, imaginative, and interactive.
Most importantly, there’s no expectation to sit still or “do yoga perfectly.” Wiggles, giggles, breaks, and curiosity are all welcome! This is a space to move at your own pace and enjoy being present together.
What to expect:
- Playful yoga poses and movement
- Gentle stretches and mobility
- Storytelling, songs, games, and imaginative movement
- Partner and caregiver-child activities
- Simple breathing and mindfulness exercises
- Opportunities for connection, laughter, and exploration
- A dedicated space for little ones who need a temporary break
Age: 0–8 years
Who can attend: Babies, toddlers, and children accompanied by a parent or caregiver
Come as you are, bring your little one, and let’s move, breathe, play, and flow together! 💛
A Note for Grown-Ups
We know that yoga may be a brand-new experience for some of our little participants, and that’s completely okay!
Children may need a little time to warm up to a new space, activity, or group. If your baby or child needs a break during the session, you’re welcome to pause and step away at any time before rejoining the group when they’re ready.
We’ll also have a separate room with some toys and activities available for children who need a moment to themselves, a change of scenery, or simply want to take a little break before coming back to the group.
There is absolutely no pressure to participate in every activity. Our goal is to create a welcoming, child-friendly environment where everyone can move, explore, and participate in whatever way feels comfortable for them.
